I cannot provide an emergency service.

What are your fees for Counselling?

My fee for counselling is £75.00 GBP

What are your fees for Supervision?

My fee for supervision is a minimum of £75.00GBP for a 50 minute session.

If the fee for your services is more than £75.00GBP for 50 minutes, my fee will be equivalent to yours.

How do I pay for an appointment with you?

All appointments are to be paid via Bank Transfer using these bank details:

When do I pay the fee for an appointment with you?

You will need to make payment as soon as you book your appointment using the online booking calendar.

If payment is not received within 24 hours of booking an appointment, you will risk losing your appointment time and will need to rebook.

Do you offer the first appointment for free?

I do not offer the first appointment for free.

However if you find that the appointment was not useful for you, if you let me know within 48 hours of the appointment, I will refund 100% of your fee.

How do you work?

My basic training is as a Person Centred counsellor and this supports me to create a space that feels safe enough to spend time exploring and hopefully understanding what brings you to counselling. This can be really helpful in finding your resources to cope with the circumstances that you are living with.

I have also spent time working in a solution focused way and this helps me to support you find solutions or strategies that can help you cope with what you are experiencing right now and work towards change.

How long do your counselling appointments last?

My counselling appointments are 50 minutes long.

How do I cancel an appointment?

If you need to cancel an appointment, go to the email containing your appointment confirmation and click on “Cancel/Reschedule” link.

This link will take you to a webpage that will allow you to cancel the appointment, please use the box provided to let me know why you are cancelling the appointment.

If you need to reschedule an appointment, go to the email containing your appointment confirmation and click on “Cancel/Reschedule” link.

This link will take you to the online booking calendar so that you can choose a new appointment.

If you cancel an appointment with more than 24 hours notice, there will be no charge for the appointment.

I work with clients who are over the age of 18 and who are resident in the United Kingdom.

Are you a member of a professional association?

I am a member of BACP ( British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and abide by the Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling & Psychotherapy.

I have a current Professional Liabilities Insurance.
