Appointments
My face to face counselling appointments are 50 minutes long.
During the week I am available afternoons and evenings, and I have some appointments at the weekend.
I aim to offer you an appointment within a week, and often can offer you a time much quicker.
Fees
My fee for individuals is £35.00 per 50 minute session.
If you need to cancel an appointment I need 24 hours notice, if you cancel within the 24 hours the fee is still payable.

My office is located within Centrex House Livingston
Centrex House Livingston is a lively building hosting a wide range of meeting and training events and is home to businesses ranging from the sole trader to the internationally recognised. This creates a relaxed atmosphere and a positive vibe in the building.
The reception staff are very welcoming and will make sure you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in the door.
My office is on the first floor, I think it feels both contemporary and warm, a sanctuary from the busy world outside. I enjoy going there to work, I hope you will like it too.
