Why Internet Chat Counselling?
With Internet Chat you can get an immediate response to what you have written, creating the sense that I am there with you in the session even if we are many miles apart. This more conversational way of working can help to reach thoughts and feelings which are hard to get to when you are on your own.

How Internet Chat Counselling works
We are both online at the same time, you and I type our conversation into the computer Windows Live Messenger. If you do not have a messenger account you need to visit www.msn.com and follow their very simple and easy to follow instructions.
If you wish to chat in a more secure environment then we can use Hush Messenger. All chat messages sent with Hush Messenger are protected by 2048-bit Open PGP encryption as well as 128-bit SSL encryption for maximum security.

Fees
My fee for individuals is £35.00 per 50 minute session.
I usually ask for internet chat counselling sessions to be paid in advance in order to confirm the booking.
This allows me to set aside my time confident that we will both be available for the session.

Refunds
If you are not satisfied with the first counselling session and feel that you do not want to work with me, please let me know right away and I will refund your payment.
If you need to cancel or rearrange a counselling session, and you give me more than 24 hours notice, I am happy to refund your payment.
If sessions are cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment the fee is still payable.
