Why telephone counselling?
Telephone Counselling is one of the easiest ways to access counselling if you are not able to meet with a counsellor face to face. You don’t need a computer and don’t need any kind of technical expertise.

How telephone counselling works
All you need to do is give me a number that you are happy for me to use and I will call you and pay the cost of the telephone call.
Fees
My fee for individuals is £35.00 per 50 minute session.
I usually ask for telephone counselling sessions to be paid in advance in order to confirm the booking.
This allows me to set aside my time confident that we will both be available for the session.

Refunds
If you are not satisfied with the first counselling session and feel that you do not want to work with me, please let me know right away and I will refund your payment.
If you need to cancel or rearrange a counselling session, and you give me more than 24 hours notice, I am happy to refund your payment.
If sessions are cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment the fee is still payable.
